Frequently Asked Questions

What is SNS RX?

SNS RX is a healthcare subscription service providing patients access to high-quality practitioners focused on holistic care for endocrine conditions, all for a fixed monthly price.

Who can use SNS RX?

SNS RX is open to everyone regardless of gender. To use SNS RX, you must:

  1. Be 18 years or older.
  2. Reside or be physically present in one of the states we serve.
  3. Demonstrate a medical need for treatment. For some conditions (such as Hormone Therapy), this requires recent lab results (we can assist with diagnostic lab work if needed).
How does it work?

SNS RX is designed to be more than just a telehealth platform but remains simple for patients. You can begin treatment in three easy steps:

  1. Complete a medical intake form and, if necessary, have lab work done to verify a medical need for treatment.
  2. Speak to your healthcare provider through a telehealth (audio-visual) appointment.
  3. If medically appropriate, receive your medication in the mail every 30, 60, or 90 days from a mail-order pharmacy (depending on your provider’s decision).

We aim to build long-term connections between patients and providers to deliver ongoing care for specific conditions.

How do I get my medication?

We work with a network of third-party compounded pharmacies to process your prescription (if approved). Your medication will be mailed directly to the address on file.

If you’d prefer to use a different pharmacy, our providers can fax your prescription to a pharmacy of your choice. For assistance, please email info@sns-rx.com.

Do I have to pay for my medication separately?

Program costs displayed on our website include medication costs (if approved by your provider). For convenience, you are billed once per month for the total program cost.

Invoices are available for download in your SNS RX account under the "Invoices" section.

What states is SNS RX available?

We are continually expanding to new states. If your state isn’t listed during sign-up, check back soon!

What if I’m having a medical emergency?

In an emergency, please call 9-1-1 or your local equivalent immediately.

What if I’m not approved for medication?

Payment is collected upfront to secure your appointment with a provider. If you are not a good candidate for your selected treatment program, our providers will help you explore alternative treatment options at SNS RX.

Are there any medications you do not offer?

Due to the nature of telehealth, some treatments cannot be facilitated. SNS RX does not provide:

  • Prescription Narcotics (Opiates)
  • Human Growth Hormone (GH/HGH)
  • Cannabis/Medical Marijuana/CBD
  • Ingredients lacking FDA approval (novel peptides, nutraceuticals, etc.)
How do I see a provider?

After completing your medical intake forms, our team will schedule a telehealth appointment with your provider. The appointment will take place via a two-way audiovisual (video call) system using Doxy, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

Do I get to pick my provider?

Our team assigns providers based on state licensing and availability. You’ll receive your provider’s profile before your appointment. If you wish to speak to a different provider, please email info@sns-rx.com, and we will help reschedule your appointment.

Is it legal to see a provider through the internet?

Yes, depending on the state. SNS RX only operates in states where telehealth is permitted for this specific use case.

Do I have to talk to the provider?

Yes. All patients must speak to a provider through a video call. This ensures a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. SNS RX uses Doxy, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth service, for these appointments.

Where will my prescriptions be filled?

You can take your prescription to any licensed pharmacy. However, if you choose a pharmacy outside SNS RX’s suggested network, the pharmacy may not honor SNS RX pricing, and you may need to pay the medication’s MSRP.

What pharmacies does SNS RX suggest?

SNS RX works with licensed, FDA-regulated pharmacies in the U.S. We recommend pharmacies accredited by PCAB, LegitScript, or NABP for the highest standards and compliance. If you encounter issues with your patient portal or prescription, please contact our care coordination team.

Can I use a local chain pharmacy?

Yes, we can send your prescription to any pharmacy of your choice. Note that most local pharmacies may not honor SNS RX’s pricing, and additional out-of-pocket costs may apply.

How much does SNS RX cost?

Our programs are designed to be affordable, with transparent pricing displayed upfront. Prices vary by treatment program, but all charges are inclusive, with no hidden fees.

Does SNS RX accept insurance?

We do not accept public or private insurance. Patients are responsible for the full cost of services.

Are there hidden fees?

No. All costs are displayed prominently on our website. Multi-month pricing options may offer discounts. Any additional costs, such as medications prescribed outside our suggested pharmacies, will require direct payment to the pharmacy.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. While discounted multi-month pricing is available, you can opt for month-to-month pricing.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel anytime via your account or by contacting our support team. Canceling a multi-month program early requires payment of the remaining balance. Exceptions may apply for health-related issues. Contact our support team for details.

What if I have a question about my bill?

Please email info@sns-rx.com for assistance from our care coordinators.
