Complete a medical intake form and, if necessary, have lab work done to verify a medical need for treatment.n2. Speak to your healthcare provider through a telehealth (audio-visual) appointment.n3. If medically appropriate, receive your medication in the mail every 30, 60, or 90 days from a mail-order pharmacy (depending on your provider’s decision).nnWe aim to build long-term connections between patients and providers to deliver ongoing care for specific conditions.

How do I get my medication?

We work with a network of third-party compounded pharmacies to process your prescription (if approved). Your medication will be mailed directly to the address on file.nnIf you’d prefer to use a different pharmacy, our providers can fax your prescription to a pharmacy of your choice. Do I have to pay for my medication separately?

Program costs displayed on our website include medication costs (if approved by your provider). For convenience, you are billed once per month for the total program cost. Invoices are available for download in your SNS RX account under the Invoices section.
